Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role Overview
The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with students/clients, explain LearnDex courses, and convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Contact students/clients through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Handle inquiries generated by the company
2. Student / Client Counseling
Explain courses such as Diploma, B.Tech, MBA, etc.
Provide clear information about fees, eligibility, and admission process
Suggest suitable courses based on student needs
3. Sales & Conversions
Convince interested candidates to take admission
Achieve monthly admission/sales targets (incentives are target-based)
4. Follow-ups
Regular follow-up with interested students/clients
Ensure timely completion of the admission process
5. Reporting
Maintain daily work reports
Share updates with the reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
