Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

The main responsibility of this role is to communicate with students/clients, explain LearnDex courses, and convert inquiries into admissions or enrollments.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Contact students/clients through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

  • Handle inquiries generated by the company

2. Student / Client Counseling

  • Explain courses such as Diploma, B.Tech, MBA, etc.

  • Provide clear information about fees, eligibility, and admission process

  • Suggest suitable courses based on student needs

3. Sales & Conversions

  • Convince interested candidates to take admission

  • Achieve monthly admission/sales targets (incentives are target-based)

4. Follow-ups

  • Regular follow-up with interested students/clients

  • Ensure timely completion of the admission process

5. Reporting

  • Maintain daily work reports

  • Share updates with the reporting manager


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
